Payment terms & conditions (Tours)
Terms and Conditions (Tours) for the services
contracted, some advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a
confirmed basis and the balance amount can be paid either before your
departure from your country or upon arrival in INDIA-but definitely
before the commencement of the services. We hold the right to decide
upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of
services and the time left for the commencement of the services.
Apart from the above in some cases like special train journeys, hotel
or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year) full payment
is required to be sent in advance.
Mode of payment
Payments can be made using any of the following methods :-
- By Bank transfer to our bank (Bank
Details)**
- By Mail Authorization (Visa Card only)
- By Online Payment Gateway system through Visa Card. (Online Payment
Details)**
Upon arrival in India, the payment can be made through currency
notes or travelers cheque or through AMEX / Visa Card.
Incase of payment through credit card, the bank charges (3% extra) -
would be levied over and above the total amount.
Via Bank transfer, bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting
bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.
Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show /
Early Departure :
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any
avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing.
Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter
in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :
- 60 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
- 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service
cost.
- 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service
cost.
- 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service
cost.
- 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.
Please note - Irrespective of
above mentioned cancellations slabs - incase of cancellation of tour
services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service
charges would be applicable.
In case of special train journey (like Palace on Wheels, Deccan
Odyssey, and Royal Orient etc.) and high peak season bookings (from 20th
Dec to 15th Jan) a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which
would be advised as and when required).
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be
restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that
we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused
hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we
do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Refund
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for
and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the
basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be
accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us.
Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking
procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank
account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
Payment Terms & conditions (Transport).
General Information
- All services will be provided by Chauffeur driven Cars / Vans
only.
- The mileage and time is determined from garage to garage i.e. the
time vehicle leaves our premises for the assignment till it returns
back after completing the assignment.
- The customer has to sign the duty slip, and the same to be handed
over to the driver while leaving the transport.
- The Photographs shown are for illustrative purposes Only.
- Disputes, if any, shall be subject to Delhi (India) Jurisdiction
only.
- In the event of any breakdown during the service TSI shall be
responsible to provide the substitute Car / Van.
- Guarantee of Prices : Once the services are bought, we guarantee
the same prices for your services.
Payments
- All quoted prices are nett payable to Travel Spirit International Pvt. Ltd..
- 0 % advance payment required via Online payment at the time of
booking, incase the services required In / From Delhi & the
balance to be paid on arrival in Delhi. 100 % Advance required for
all other cities.
- Th e prices charged are for the specified services only, any
extra services availed will be charged extra.

Price Includes
- Fuel, All taxes, Parking fees Etc.
- Assistance of Our Representative during Transfer from Airport ,
Railway Station to Hotel or vice versa.
- During Outstation tours, Interstate Taxes, fuel, overnight
charges for the Car / Van.
Price does not include
Any item not specified above, Any extra services besides the contracted
part, Driver Tips, Guide, Entrance fees to monument etc.
Insaurance
All vehicles are comprehensively insured, where, the occupants /
passengers are fully insured and the claims are settled as per the
governing rules in India, through court of law.
